We had a nice visit to Hollingsworth Lumber, where we learned from Kaleb Hollingsworth, plant manager of this 4th generation family-owned business. Kaleb shared how he found his own path within the company, growing up loving the work and knowing it’s what he wanted to do. We got an inside look at their processes and services, and how they’ve found their niche in Russiaville, IN.

Kaleb emphasized the importance of taking care of your people — finding the right team, building trust, and creating a work environment that people want to stay in. And let’s just say, Millie strutted her way through the lumber yard in heels, proving that style and sawdust can mix! The beautiful fall sunrise made the morning tour all the more inspiring.
