It’s fall break, but we’re here to recap some of last week’s exciting business ventures!

We took a visit to Atkore, where Cisco Gonzales, plant manager, walked us through their impressive operations. Atkore cuts, bends, punches, and lasers metal to serve industries ranging from playground equipment and farming to solar and retail. They’ve even produced material for the tents used at the Olympics!

Cisco shared valuable leadership insights, reminding us that you don’t always need to be the smartest person in the room — connecting with people and building relationships is key. He even took the time to learn about our CEO group’s career dreams and goals beforehand.

"You don't need to know everything, just need to know the people that do."
