We had a memorable visit to Bona Vista, where we learned about DSI and Bona Vista’s impact followed by an immersive experience. President Brianne Boles shared valuable insights leadership and collaboration.

The highlight of the visit was the interactive team project led by Engagement and Enrichment Coordinator, Annie Lightsey. Using scrap fabric and upcycled bicycle wheels, we split into two groups and worked together to create beautiful woven artwork. The experience was a great reminder of the power of teamwork, compromise, and trusting the process. One piece now stays with Bona Vista as a symbol of our connection, while the second piece came home with us and will be featured in a silent auction at a future CEO event.
