Big thanks to Ryan Zeck and the entire team at Merrell Bros. for an incredible visit on Tuesday! Merrell Bros. tackles the tough problems 'no one else wants to solve' and is always looking ahead to prepare for the work they’re bringing on. We were amazed by what they provide in waste management and environmental services, learning firsthand how they’re creating sustainable solutions that make a real impact.

It was inspiring to sit in their 'war room,' where the team gathers every morning for safety meetings, announcements, and to 'go to battle together' — a true testament to their strong company culture.

Mr. Zeck also shared some valuable advice in his 'dad talk,' reminding us of the importance of working hard (“No one has ever drowned in their own sweat”), excelling at what you’re good at, and being flexible in the face of change.

A special highlight of our visit was seeing one of our own, Kelton Serra, a marketing intern turned part-time employee — and being recognized as Employee of the Month! 🌟 We are thankful for opportunities the Merrell Bros. team provides for young entrepreneurs to gain valuable real-world experience.
