Situational leadership and tremendous storytelling with Dan Adams. This morning was filled with great content and energy as Dan explained the basic principles of leadership in the workplace. Most commonly known for his officiating, Dan has decades of experience in restaurant management. He walked us through the different stages of employees and leaders, explaining the gaps in onboarding and development from both points of view. Very informative and engaging.
